Basic Return Policy

Our refund and returns or exchange policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund, return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.

We do not allow return after received the product from delivery man and after the delivery man has left. So, please check your products carefully with attendance of Delivery man and then pay the Invoice amount if you choose ‘Cash On Delivery’ in the time of placing order.

If you decided to return the products, you have to pay the Delivery charges and Return charges to the Delivery man.

You will not be eligible to use Gift card/ Thank you card/ Coupon/ Flash offer etc if you return the goods.

Refunds

If you make online payment in the time of placing the order, and you are decided to return the products we only allow you to exchange the products. In this case we do not allow full of amount refund!

In some cases, we refund the amount after deducting the Delivery Charges and Gateway changes. And you will get your balance amount within 3 business days! And it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you have to pay return shipping and double delivery charges. We allow exchange, if you can exchange it within 24 hours. And the exchange policy only enables for Dhaka city. Outside Dhaka we do not allow and exchange.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You must return the product to our arriving delivery man, otherwise We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
